Welcome to my official website. I’m Dan Minkin, the founder of the Consultancy Leadership Agency. My primary focus is on assisting experienced consultancy leaders in gaining fresh perspectives and achieving their personal goals. I’m equally dedicated to helping new consultancy leaders make a quick and effective transition into their roles.

In addition to my consultancy work, I’m proud to be the author of “The Consultant’s Playbook,” which I published in February 2023. This book represents my passion for sharing valuable insights with the consultancy community.

I strongly believe that consultancies are currently underserved when it comes to accessing specialised training for their leaders. Typically, they have to settle for generic leadership offerings. My mission is to eliminate this gap by providing laser-focused coaching, expert consulting, and customized training services.
