Strategy Implementation

Strategy implementation ensures you are optimised for promoting and delivering organisational growth in the long term.

This is done first by performing an Organisational Health check where we look at the consultancy from top to bottom, across seven areas and over 120 individual checks. Then we produce a benchmark report before creating a roadmap to improve the strategy of the company.

The scope and recommendations are consultancy wide.

The Health Check

The Health Check uses interview, review, questionnaire and observation methods to assess your company across eight organisational pillars. Each pillar has several dimensions and in total there are over 120 criteria on which the assessment is made.

At the end you will be provided with a detailed report of the results, summarising your strengths and weaknesses with recommendations as to where you can put into place improvement activities to help you address key issues and regain balance.

The Assessment Framework

The proprietorial assessment framework is based on the division of all functions of a consultancy into eight pillars.  Within the pillars are the business functions. Each function has a scale that can be applied against it to baseline the capability of the consultancy in that particular area.

In addition to assessment criteria, the framework provides improvement activities for each function so that meaningful action can be taken focusing on those identified areas.

How is it delivered?

All engagements follow the same process. The Assessment Framework uses a complete framework based on information gathering, document review,  interview and questionnaire. This allows for efficiency and repeatability, delivering the best possible outcome.
