The Consultancy Leadership Agency was formed in 2023 by Dan Minkin, who brought his over 20 years of Consultancy and Consultancy Management experience, a significant track record of success in leading, scaling and growing service organisations,

Dan spotted the gap between the leadership training available in New Zealand and the knowledge and skills that were required to run a Consultancy, successfully.
